The dream for Thousand Mountains was born in 2017, and the couple operated the business as a “side hustle” for over two years, growing a small portfolio of B2B clients in and around the Honduran capital,. Thousand Mountains snacks were introduced to the largest grocery store chain in Honduras, and also distributed products to local bakeries, coffee shops, and markets.
Operations were suspended in 2019 upon the Allen’s relocation to the United States.
